Perform AirScan plant "pre-assessment surveys" , analyze AIRScan results, prepare a relevant report and presentation of audit findings, and recommend optimum plant solutions. Advise and ensure proper tooling requirements are maintained within the Central
Region. Provide AIRScan technical support and prepare relevant activity reports.
As required, coordinate field activities of Service Technicians through Customer Center Service Managers in support of the AIRScan audit, provide AirScan training for Service Technicians and Service Sales Managers to support lead generation and AirScan execution support.
Develop the AirScan business in the assigned region. Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in assigned area. Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets and to project number of contacts to be made. Manage, call on, and sell the AirScan product to customers in assigned area. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and as referred by telemarketing activity. Establish rapport and maintain regular contact with existing and new customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Research solutions to customer problems. Study customer needs and coordinate prime equipment and service sales with Sales Managers. Actively engage in planned prospecting activities geared at increasing the customer base, and continually increase your market share. Maintain customer base, sales activities, opportunities, quotations, and leads on a daily basis within salesforce.com (iPSM).
Perform other duties as assigned.
5-7 years of directly relevant experience, preferably within the Atlas Copco Group.
Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, as well as in IBM Lotus Notes applications. Significant overnight travel required. Must have a valid driver’s license.
High school diploma required; two or four-year technical college degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
