Roles and Responsibilities:

Implement business development and marketing communications plans at the direction of the Communications Manager.
 
Update and distribute product price lists and relevant technical data to Sales team members and distributors via the Business Portal and RevUP.
 
Aid in the development of collateral marketing materials and perform minimal in-house graphic design.
 
Update and manage daily lead source that will be presented each Friday and the end of the month to allow the team to properly track traffic.
 
Expected knowledge and willingness to grown UTOs website with content builds and suggestions to better the experience of the users.
 
Administer distributor support program, which includes various research and administrative tasks to improve distributor tools, communication, and processes.
 
Post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts based on the marketing calendar created by Marketing and Communications Managers.
 
Assist UTO in using SharePoint, The Hub and Office 365, acting as a main contributor to UTO related articles and sites.  Further, assist with all future marketing/software transitions and future tools as necessary.
 
Provide support, as needed, to the Marketing Communications team in both Equipment and Aftermarket sales.
 
Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
 
Analyze data compiled from questionnaires and other market research.
 
Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
 
Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
 
Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
 
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience - 0-3 years general administrative support experience.

Education - High School diploma required, 2-years Associates degree in business or related field is a plus.

Skills - Proficient in computer software applications equivalent to Windows, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe programs (including In-design, PhotoShop, Illustrator and Acrobat), Microsoft Dynamic, Act!, SharePoint(as a contributor) and the Internet. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively and accurately.
